1. If nothing else is stated, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses

2. You must hold an active account on twin.com in order to take part in a promotion.

3. Only players with an active account on twin.com can claim bonus funds, free spins, cash winnings or prizes by participating in a promotion or race.

4. All bonuses of 100% or lower come with a wagering requirement of 40 times the credited bonus amount within 30 days. All bonuses of 101% or more come with a wagering requirement of 45 times the credited bonus amount within 30 days. Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from the given bonus can be withdrawn, unless the full account balance is lost in the process as then the bonus is considered wagered and the participant is not required to continue wagering with their following deposits.

5. Apart from our welcome and loyalty bonuses, only one bonus offer can be active on any player account at any given time. This means that any previous bonus balance must be wagered in full as per its terms (or lost so the account balance is zero) prior to participating in a new promotion.

6. Your free spins must be played within 7 days from activation, or they will be forfeited.

7. You have to play your free spins before requesting a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested, remaining free spins will be forfeited and eventual winnings will be annulled.

12. Gameplay done on any of the excluded games will not contribute towards any bonus wagering. 13. Using bonus funds in order to progress through the bonus stages of games such as Beautiful Bones, Castle Builder, Castle Builder II, Devil's Delight, Eggomatic, Peek-A-Boo, Robin Hood, The Wish Master, and returning later with real funds in order to access the bonus round will result in winnings from the game being forfeited.

14. The Gamble feature where each win can be used to gamble for a higher win (only available in some games), is not allowed to be used while playing with bonus money.

15. Any bonuses and/or free spins can only be used once by each household, family, address, e-mail address and IP-address. We reserve the right to cancel/remove a bonus offer at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer and to terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect.

16. All winnings as a result of wagering, when having an active bonus, will also be considered bonus money and cannot be withdrawn until the original wagering requirement has been met.

17. Delayed winnings from free spin and bonus features triggered with bonus funds will be removed. Delayed winnings are defined as follows:
A Player triggers a free spin or bonus feature in a game using bonus money. The Player then closes the game before the triggered free spins or bonus round has been finished. The Player returns to complete the free spin or bonus feature when the bonus money that was initially used to trigger the free spins or bonus feature has been lost, forfeited or wagered.

18. In the event that we believe you are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, displaying irregular betting behaviour, or you are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by us, we may at our sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw you from any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to the services and/or block your account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund to you any balance that may be in your accounts other than your original deposit amounts.

19. Winnings received through the use of the free bonus (no deposit) or free spins (no deposit) shall not exceed €100. Any winnings which shall be made with the free bonus or free spins which exceeds the €100 maximum, shall be considered as nil, and shall not be recorded as winnings. Only the maximum winnings of €100 can be withdrawn by the Player subject to the terms specified in the Bonus Terms.

20. We reserve the right to alter, extend, deny or withdraw the bonus offering(s) at any time. No written correspondence will be initiated and the decisions are final.
